 All characteristic natural long grain earthy colored rice is a delectable expansion to any eating routine. Makes an extraordinarily solid side dish and is ideal for rice pilaf. Each serving gives a decent wellspring of protein and fiber. 

Instructions to Cook Long Grain Brown Rice 

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. veg. oil 
  • 2 cups water or stock 
  • 1 cup rice (salt and pepper to taste) 

Bearings: To cook, place rice and oil in enormous pot. Fry on medium high warmth, blending continually until daintily seared. Cautiously include the fluid. Heat to the point of boiling and lessen warmth to low. Spread and let stew 35-40 minutes. Try not to mix. Turn heat off and let steam for 15 minutes. Cushion with a fork and serve.
